Steve Hansen said he was 100% confident that  All Blacks captain Kieran Read will be fit for Saturday's World Cup Semi Final match against England. Read missed training on Tuesday with a tight calf and as a precaution spent the time in the gym.

England, meanwhile have no injury concerns, with both Jonny May and Jack Nowell being available for selection. Whether Nowell might start on the wing with Anthony Watson moving to fullback and replace the slightly below par Elliot Daly, remains to be seen.
